Mind-Body Medicine – an introduction is an interactive workshop that provides self-care tools that people can quickly integrate into their daily lives.  It investigates how we can separate our stress from our stressors, the physiology of the mind-body connection, and explores the variety of different types of mind-body skills.  All information and tools provided are evidence-based and adapted from the Centre for Mind-Body Medicine.
