Are you filling out the Measurement and Evaluation for the first time? Do you need a refresher on what to collect, how to collect it, and how to fill out the form? This session is for you. We will discuss the CALP logic model and explain how we collect information. The workshop is designed to help you understand the OME Framework and what information you need to collect.
This workshop, along with the CALP Granting Council Data Collection Guide, will help you better understand what data you need to collect. This guide will be sent out to you prior to the training session.
Please read the Data Collection Guide and have your intake forms, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms with you for the session.
