During this session, we will discuss three online tools for creating evaluation surveys: Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, and Typeform. We will briefly review the CALP Granting Council Data Collection Guide and the Measurement and Evaluation Table to understand the information that we need to collect. Please have your intake forms, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms with you for the session.
