Calgary Learns has been working with ISPs (Internet service providers, Shaw, Rogers and Telus) in Alberta to discuss the possibility of developing a new, low-cost internet program specifically for financially-barriered CALP participants who do not qualify for other internet subsidy programs (like the Telus For Good program, designated only for families, and with stringent criteria).
