Our 2019/2020 Call for Proposals is officially open. Our annual grant provides funding to non-profit organizations who provide non-credit literacy and foundational learning opportunities to adults within Edmonton. If you would like to apply for funding, please read our 2019/2020 Proposal & Funding Guidelines (PDF). Completed proposal packages must be sent to info@ecala.org before 4:00 pm on January 25th, 2019 in order to be considered for funding.
