The Medicine Wheel teaches us about Indigenous philosophies to live in balance and harmony. Elder Leona Carter will share with us the Medicine Wheel Teaching, which includes the:
- four directions,
- cycles of life,
- seasons,
- main medicines,
- elements and more.
