Being positive and sharing that positivity with your learner can go a long way in engaging them in the learning process. Many of our learners have had negative experiences in a learning environment. This workshop will:
- Look at how to incorporate and encourage positive language from both the educator and the learner
- Explore the differences between fixed and growth mindsets
- Practice positive ways to show support when our learners feel challenged
