In the spirit of the knowledge and teaching shared in the Reconciliation and Education Panel ECALA hosted on January 28th, building new and better relationships, restoring respectful relationships, and creating spaces to share the honest and truthful history are imperative to both agency and personal Reconciliation Calls to Action. Consider writing down your personal and agency commitments to Reconciliation on the “ReconciliAction Cards” and share the template with staff, board and learners, along with the Ten Principles Respecting the Government of Canada’s Relationships with Indigenous Peoples and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada.
