SUMMARY:Reading Connections
DESCRIPTION:Reading Connections \nFacilitator: Nada Jerkovi\, CanLearn Society \nOnline: Wednesday\, July 22nd\, 2020 between 10:00 am – 11:30 am \nAudience: ECALA grant recipients. Space is limited to people per organization. We will keep a waitlist and notify you if space opens up. \nHelping learners who struggle with basic reading and writing skills – those below and at PIAAC Level 1- is important. Participants  session will: \n\nDevelop a deeper understanding of what the reading process entails\nIdentify what makes adult reading instruction work\nLearn strategies and techniques they can apply in their daily work with adults who struggle with basic reading skills\n\nClick here to register.
