Participants will enhance their self-awareness of their own biases\, build understanding of their social conditioning\, and reflect on the most common forms of biases that appear in the workplace. Through interactive exercises\, participants will identify their biases and assumptions and learn practical tools that they can use to mitigate biases at the personal and organizational levels.

Participants will learn how to recognize early signs of compassion fatigue\, establish practical and healthy boundaries\, and develop strategies to protect their energy while continuing to show up with care.
