Are you interested in supporting co-learning and co-creating environment in your courses? Is your organization focused on changes in communities and systems? Explore the basics of adaptive learning—why it’s critical to our work, what prevents us from learning in systemic-adaptive ways, and what it takes to overcome these barriers.
This session will be of interest to senior leadership and front-line staff facilitating programs within and outside of the CALP System. After attending the session attendees will understand:
- Key characteristics of Programmatic Approaches versus non-programmatic Approaches
- Examples of adaptive learning approaches
- Three barriers to using an adaptive learning approach
- Strategies to consider to enable staff to use an adaptive learning or non-programmatic approach
