ECALA Funding Application

The Edmonton Community Adult Learning Association, ECALA, is responsible for the administration of its Annual Grant to Edmonton based agencies who provide non-profit, non-credit education services to adults.

We follow the Policies, Guidelines and Procedures outlined by The Government of Alberta Community Adult Learning Program (CALP) when conducting all of our Grant Allocation activities.

About ECALA Funding

Our Annual Grant funds are allocated annually by ECALA’s Volunteer Board of Directors using recommendations from experts in the area of language and literacy who participate on our Proposal Review Committees. Our regular program call for proposals is in December each year.

2018-1019 Request for Proposals

ECALA released the annual Request For Proposals Regular funding on December 7, 2017 to ECALA member agencies.  If you would like to submit a proposal you will want to contact the ECALA staff to discuss your request.  Half-day workshops will be held in January on how to complete the Request for Proposals.  Register for the workshops by emailing pd@ecala.org.
