Highlights from ECALA focus groups

ECALA facilitated Seniors groups planning meeting (January 2011)

Literacy learners organized a Literacy Conference at The Learning Centre, Abbotsfield Mall; ECALA staff MC’d an event- Celebration of Learning (April 2011) which closed the day at the Literacy Conference.

The courses most in demand are EAL and literacy classes. There are year-long waiting lists and agencies would like to offer more classes beyond the two days/week to meet the demand.
